Upon meeting you,
I changed for the better,
I saw the light, and my darkness went away
Upon meeting you,
I felt strong and weak,
I was happy to be me
Upon meeting you,
I let myself fall, and you caught me,
I laughed away my pain
Upon meeting you,
I forgot about the past and future,
All I needed was the present
Upon meeting you,
I did things never thought possible,
I watched and learned more than ever
Upon meeting you,
I felt special, I was me,
I did everything I could so we could smile
Upon meeting you,
I changed with you, and for you
But unknowingly I changed for myself
Upon meeting you,
The world crumbled, we ruled
There was no war or bad things
Upon meeting you,
I saw nothing wrong in your eyes,
I felt safe, and at home
Upon meeting you,
We became friend,
And our love will never end
Upon meeting you,
I promised never to leave,
And it still stands
I’ll never find anyone like you,

yes this is a poem i had to right in English class. i'm really rather proud of it, and once again i gave it an avatar twist, but it could be for anyone really. i don't mind if you use it to give to you someone or parents friends who ever, but don't steal it
